Reflection-I think during this project i had a really good attitude. The partners in my group were really nice. I feel something I could have worked on was productiveness. I think I should have worked on editing more so our video would be smoother. In the future I will plan to work more. I think i filmed the Frisbee video very nicely and was kind of a good director. I will also plan on not procrastinating so i can get my website update complete.
Evidence-We spent about two weeks creating a video that was intended to teach people about the physics within sports.

Momentum: How difficult it would be for a moving object to stop moving. Like when a train is moving it could take up to 1 mile for the train to come to a complete stop.
Acceleration: Acceleration is the change in velocity. V/T
Vertical Velocity; The rate of covered distance vertically. The formula for Vertical velocity is the acceleration due to gravity(9.8 m/s) times the time squared. Vertical velocity is also independent of horizontal velocity. The reason you multiply by 9.8 m/s squared is because all thinsg accelerate down to earth at 9.8 m/s^2, thus being vertical, therefore used in the formula.
